- All holiday lettings are fully self-contained with the exception of personal requisites.
- Security deposit of $500/$1000 per week stay will be refunded in full within seven working days after departure, providing that upon inspection the premises is found to be clean; tidy; damage free and left secure. Keys must be returned to Ros Baker of Gunya Maia.
- Final payments are due by cash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit no later that 60 days prior to occupancy.
- Check-in time: 2.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am. The premises are to be left clean and tidy. Failure to do so may incur a charge for extra cleaning, deducted from the security deposit.
- Smoking is permitted on verandahs and outdoor areas ONLY.
- Under NO circumstances are animals allowed on or inside the premises.
- With all bookings, the description of the premises is made in good faith, but no responsibility for misdescription/misinterpretation can be accepted.
- Breakages, damages, lost keys must be replaced and paid for. All losses, breakages and damage must be reported to the Owner on 0412 686 089 immediately.
- Strata Title Law must be observed. No person shall be guilty of conduct that interrupts any neighbour's peace, comfort and quiet enjoyment otherwise they may forfeit their deposit and also be asked to leave.
- Security Arrangements. If security is called on any complaint, a $100 fine will be charged and if they are called a second time, the tenants will be evicted, booking cancelled and the owners will retain all moneys.
- No responsibility is taken by the Owner for tenant's personal property.
- Maximum number of occupants for these premises is 7. The premise rented is to accommodate only the number of occupants specified and for the period stated. Extra persons occupying the premises in excess of booking numbers can only occur by prior arrangement with Gunya Maia. Failure to adhere to this condition may result in termination of booking and/or deductions from the security deposit.
- Any cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival will incur an administration fee of $200. Should the booking be cancelled within 60 days of arrival date, the full monies paid will be retained and all efforts will be made to re-book the property at the same tariff. If so, monies collected will be returned less $200. All changes and cancellations must be given in writing.
- No gatherings, parties or functions may be held on the premises without prior consent of the Owner.
- Payments can be made by credit card or direct deposit.
