terms & conditions
Security deposit of $500/$1000 per week stay will be refunded in full within seven working days after departure, providing that upon inspection the premises is found to be clean, tidy, damage free and left secure.
Final payments are due by credit card or direct deposit no later than 60 days prior to occupancy.
cancellation policy
Any cancellation prior to 60 days of arrival will incur an administration fee of $200.
Should the booking be cancelled within 60 days of arrival date, the full monies paid will be retained and all efforts will be made to re-book the property at the same tariff. If so, monies collected will be returned less $200.
All changes and cancellations must be given in writing.
